We have finally opened our official store front. This is something we have been wanting to do for a while now. After much research, and my own personal experience, we decided to use red bubble as our host. The main reason we choice R.B. is that we have the ability to control the percentage of the sale. Meaning we get to set how much we get back from a sale. For instance, on other sites a customer would spend $20-$25 for a shirt, but the seller would only get $2 from the sale. True story this happened to me for three years. Like I said before here we can set how much we get back from a sale!
The second reason we chose Red bubble is that gives us access to print our designs on tones of products. Such as shirts, jackets, leggings, coasters, clocks, stickers, coasters, and so much more. Honestly its kind of ridicules how many things they’ll print your designs on. It’s like if they toke the merchandising joke from Spaceballs as a legit business model. However, this is where we kind of ran into an issue.
Right now, we have the main logo available for purchase. It is available to be printed on a lot of products, but for some reason when you search us on the site it would only show it available as an art print. Then once you clicked the art print it would show the design available on everything else. After Jake and I messed with it for a while we were able to get it to show as an acrylic block as well. We don’t even know how we did that. So, the logo is available to print on shirts and other products, but is only showing the block now. We’re still looking into this.
